SOL: two years from diagnosis (ORS § 30.907) Courts: Multnomah County Circuit Court (Portland), Marion County Circuit Court (Salem) Oregon has a two-year statute of limitations for asbestos personal-injury claims under ORS § 30.907, running from the date the asbestos-related disease is discovered. Wrongful-death claims carry a separate three-year deadline under ORS § 30.020. Multnomah County in Portland handles most asbestos claims.
